What products and product categories can I ship with MOODJA?

We are experts in dealing with fashion products and accessories. We also like to support companies that operate in the home, beauty and health sectors. Food, products with temperature control requirements, electrical appliances of all types and sizes and oversized products are not part of our range of services. If you are still unsure whether MOODJA can support you, just contact us.

We are a small company. Can we still ship with MOODJA?

That's a good question, and it ultimately depends on several factors. Overall, we're happy to work with young, up-and-coming companies and support them in their growth. From a financial and sustainability perspective, however, it only makes sense for both sides to outsource your fulfillment to a 3PL partner once your shop has reached a certain monthly order volume. We're happy to offer you a free short consultation in which we see what and when makes the most sense for your shop in your current situation.

How long does it takes until MOODJA is ready to ship my products?

Outsourcing your fulfillment with MOODJA is quick and easy. We discuss your shipping needs over the phone or via video call and send you a customized offer. The technical connection of your online shop and the entry of your product and shipping data into our fulfillment software usually takes a maximum of 72 hours. How quickly shipping can be processed via MOODJA ultimately depends entirely on you.

Where are your headquarters?

You can find us on the outskirts of Berlin, at Leipziger Str. 20, 14612 Falkensee. From here we deliver to all of Europe.

Can I still use MOODJA even if I am not based in Berlin?

Of course! We serve customers from all over Germany and beyond. It's your decision whether you want to store your goods in a warehouse near you or outsource them further away. Both are possible and we're happy to advise you on this. Regardless of your location, you can trust us with full responsibility for processing your products and orders. With our web-based tool, you have full transparency about the processes in our warehouse. We'd also be happy to invite you to a virtual warehouse tour or welcome you personally to our premises if you'd like to get to know us better. Just contact us and see for yourself!

What packaging option does MOODJA offer?

We tailor the packaging options to your needs and are happy to advise you if necessary. Packaging plays an important role in the customer's shopping experience, especially in e-commerce. Of course, we prefer sustainable packaging wherever possible.

We are selling our products on various marketplaces. How can MOODJA help us?

We're happy to hear that your products are selling well across multiple channels. However, if you use fulfillment solutions offered by different marketplaces, you risk diluting your brand integrity. Your products will be shipped in packages bearing the respective marketplace's logo, and you will have little to no control over the additional marketing inserts in the package. MOODJA can help you keep control of your brand. For example, if your customers order through Zalando or About You, we offer you personalized packaging for the orders so that they experience your brand the same as if they were ordering products from your own online store.

We are active in both B2B and B2C retail. Can MOODJA handle all our fulfillment?

We process all your orders, whether they are direct sales to private customers or wholesale deliveries. With our easy-to-use software, you always have an overview and can see the status of your orders at any time. This makes it easy to keep control of your inventory.

What IT interfaces does MOODJA offers?

We offer standard IT interfaces for Shopify, WooCommerce, Plentymarkets and Tradebyte. In addition, our RESTful API offers connections to Magento and many other platforms. If you use another e-commerce system, please contact us so that we can find a suitable and cost-effective solution for you.

How do you manage fulfillment during peak times like Black Friday, Cyber ​​Week, or Christmas?

We manage peak fulfillment by preparing early, increasing staffing levels, using efficient picking strategies and closely monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment. We also work closely with our customers to plan and coordinate their promotional activities to meet expectations for shipping times and order volumes, even during peak periods.
